Located on the Croatian Island of Hvar, the site benefits from views of the sea and raised land. The brief was to design a variety of villa options for single villas, double villas, and bedroom suites.

Villa Type 3 are bedroom suites consisting of either 1 or 2-bedrooms, including a penthouse suite. Each suite has its own pool and formal living spaces, and there is a private spa available for all visitors. All rooms have views directed towards the sea with private decks.
