Located in Al Barsha, Dubai. The private villa is a G+1 concrete-framed building, approximately 10.8m high. Our design responds to the client’s brief for a modern-styled villa with a grand façade and external landscape features.

The villa consists of 6-bedrooms, private living spaces, separate service living spaces, landscaping, and parking. This project is currently under construction.
