Located in the modern residential community of Marina Village in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and surrounded by the Persian Gulf. The 3-bed villa was designed as a B+G+1 waterfront property for a private client.

Our concept design consisted of a raised entrance level with the lounge, kitchen, and dining room lowered to beach level. This maximises the useable space on the plot and ensures the upper rooms benefit from raised views. The client also required a private gym and pool area.
