Located on the exclusively built residential island off the South-western head of Abu Dhabi Island. The private villa is a G+1+R concrete-framed building, approximately 13.1m high. Our design responds to the client’s brief for a modern-styled villa and the Development Control Regulations set by the Abu Dhabi Urban Planning Council. The waterfront villa consists of 6-bedrooms, service living spaces, private living spaces, landscaping, and parking.
