To be located at the EXPO 2020 site, the design was developed as a competition entry for the pavilion of Slovak Republic. The pavilion was proposed as a G+M+1 steel-framed public building. The interior voids are inspired by the form of the Tatra Mountains that create a natural border along Slovakia. The envelope was designed to represent the theme of mobility, giving the façade a sense of movement, while connecting to the automotive industry of Slovakia. The interior spaces were designed to provide a meandering flow from the external plaza, visitors can experience various technologies from interactive displays to 3D holograms.
